Reading is fun at Kentuck!

Kentuck Elementary School had a reading challenge. Students were challenged to read 15 minutes each night for one week and have their parents sign that they had read. The teachers also signed the reading log each day for the students. On October 31, 2018, the class with the students who had the highest percentage of readers were given the opportunity to slime the principal as the entire school watched. The teachers also joined in with adding some silly string on top of the slime to the students delight. The students learned that reading is fun and that their principal, Mr. Bobby Shields, wants them to have fun learning everyday.
